Launched in 2019, Peel & Tonic is a South Australian family business that identified an opportunity to market high-quality garnishes for the rapidly growing gin and cocktail market. Peel & Tonic use all-natural ingredients that are gluten-free, vegan and paleo-friendly with no added sugars, colours or preservatives. The dehydrated fruit used in the Peel & Tonic range is all Australian, sourced predominantly from South Australia. Whilst the primary purpose of Peel & Tonic products is for enhancing drinks, they are also perfect for Cheese boards, baking, grazing tables, healthy snacks and they make a great gift.
